All Heart The Stones jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 45 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty.

If an item has been damaged and you are interested in a repair, please contact us at Hello@heartthestones.com with a photo and description of the damage. We will assess the damage and repair cost.
